The Bronze Option is designed to enable you to demonstrate good practices and comply with current legislation.
Support and Advice
This package offers one yearly visit to audit and report the performance gap in your business and
current legislation. It is followed up with advice and action points for you to work towards and achieve.
A business plan will be formulated for you to focus on. Telephone support is available to facilitate
the implementation of change required and further visits can be arranged if required. All advice is
impartial and this package can be upgraded to provide further services as required.
Risk Assessments, HACCP, COSHH and Documentation
Reports will focus on your safe working practises and premises and we will provide documentation
highlighting areas of concern that require action. Advice, support and guidance to rectify problems
identified in present systems and practises will be given.
Stock Management, Marketing and Development
In addition to other service related issues, advice and support are available on topical issues
e.g. healthy eating, employees’ development, stock security and management.
Training and Practical Workshops
Following an initial audit we will produce a development plan highlighting training requirements
and the courses available that are most suitable. We currently offer:
• NVQ Levels 1 & 2 in Food Preparation and Cooking, Food Service Training and Supervisory Management in Catering Level 2.

• Foundation, Refresher, Intermediate and Advanced Food Hygiene Certificates
• HACCP training at Intermediate level
Additional Audits and Action Plans
Advisory visits are available to discuss performance gaps that have been identified and we will offer
support and present solutions to rectify these areas. All audits and visits are arranged for your
convenience and will avoid service periods if they are not under review.
